This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant to Founder at Mikumelon. The role involves providing administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication support, executive administrative assistance, and clerical skills to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and basic office software.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving- This job role is only for women who are freshers. We will guide and mold you to achieve great heights in the industry.
Must be capable to complete targets. Incentives will be given which is an added benefit.
Salary : 5000/- a month for first three months. Extensive training in fashion designing worth Rs.30000/- will be given. No need to pay us anything for training. We will train to our boutiques culture.
Once after training period, evaluation will be done and the position will be made permanent. Salary hike will be given based on performance.
