Responsibilities:- Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Prioritize and handle incoming emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other documents as required by the MD.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on the MD's behalf.
- Organize and manage travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
Research and compile information for the MD on various topics.- Manage expense reports and ensure adherence to company policies.
Order office supplies and maintain the MD's office environment.
- Anticipate the MD's needs and proactively provide solutions.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all matters pertaining to the MD and the company.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant.- Proven experience in calendar management, scheduling, and travel arrangements.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and work independently.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet browsing.- Discretion, tact, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
