Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the executives of Manav Management Group. As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, handling correspondence, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Faridabad, Haryana, India.
Qualifications And Skills
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role

Roles And Responsibilities
- Manage executives calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
- Make travel arrangements, including flight and hotel bookings
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports
- Assist in conducting research and gathering information
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion
