Key Responsibilities:
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events, ensuring the executive's time is optimized.
- Correspondence: Manage emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication, responding to inquiries or redirecting them as needed.
- Administrative Support: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as filing, organizing, data entry, and preparing documents or presentations.
- Project Management: Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and ensuring that tasks are completed on time.
- Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding personal and professional matters.
- Task Prioritization: Determine the priority of requests and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Document and File Management: * Organize, file, and maintain important documents, both physical and electronic. * Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Communication Management: * Act as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and other communications. * Screen and prioritize correspondence, responding on behalf of the employer when necessary.. *Noting down minutes of a meeting & follow up on the same with internal & external persons
