Coordinate the schedule of Director, ensuring that meetings, deadlines, presentations, and other duties are carried out seamlessly.- Works closely and effectively with Director to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
Make travel arrangements for Director such as coordinating flights, accommodations, and other itinerary specifics.
- Schedule meetings and all type of appointments.
Liaise with internal departments, manage phone calls, and email.- Prepare facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required.
Track project and drive business progress move.
- Organize team communications and plan events, both internally and offsite.
Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matter expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.- Handle requests and queries appropriately.
Coordinate and support team meetings, activities and business orders received.
- To provide administrative support to assist in the business.
Assisting in Personal Matters.- Being involved in household matters as assigned from time to time by managing drivers, maids, security guards, any related assigned.
Prepare documents, briefing papers, report.
- Perform all other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management from time to time.
Keep all Director matter P&C, do not share information.
