Roles and Responsibilities - Manage executive calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and conferences.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
Screen and prioritise incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and visitors.
- Assist with preparing meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items.
Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making processes.- Maintain confidential records and files in a secure and organised manner.
Act as a liaison between executives, team members, clients, and external partners.
- Handle special projects and initiatives as assigned by executives.
Anticipate needs and proactively address issues to ensure the smooth operation of the executive office.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional etiquette.
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
