Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the COO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings.
  • Act as a point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
  • Manage communication on behalf of the COO, including screening calls, responding to emails, and prioritizing correspondence.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support the COO in decision-making processes.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of special projects and events as directed by the COO.
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with other members of the executive support team to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across departments.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the COO's office.

Qualifications

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.

Experience

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role within any industry.
