Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the GCHRO
  • To co-ordinate with HOD's, team members to for relevant information and submit the same.
  • Manage phone calls, calendar and correspondence (e-mail, letters, M.O.M etc.)
  • Coordinate & organize a meeting/s with various internal/external stakeholders like, Banks, Institutions, etc.
  • Preparing and monitoring of daily, weekly, monthly meeting calendar.
  • Travel management, ticket booking, etc.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Keep track of prior scheduled appointments and issue timely reminders accordingly
  • Co-ordination with various internal teams with respect to various other matters
  • reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree Experiences: Minimum 10 Years
