Responsibilities
- Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the GCHRO
- To co-ordinate with HOD's, team members to for relevant information and submit the same.
- Manage phone calls, calendar and correspondence (e-mail, letters, M.O.M etc.)
- Coordinate & organize a meeting/s with various internal/external stakeholders like, Banks, Institutions, etc.
- Preparing and monitoring of daily, weekly, monthly meeting calendar.
- Travel management, ticket booking, etc.
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Keep track of prior scheduled appointments and issue timely reminders accordingly
- Co-ordination with various internal teams with respect to various other matters
- reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree Experiences: Minimum 10 Years
