Description
We are looking for a Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior management. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. The role requires a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain senior management's calendar, including scheduling and coordinating appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and ordering supplies
- Act as a liaison between senior management and other staff members
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role in the Indian job market
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines
