Personal Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant role for one of the Leading Automobile company in Ahmedabad.
The ideal candidate will have 2-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in India, with excellent multitasking abilities and a strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position that requires a candidate to work closely with the senior management and handle a wide range of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day schedule of the senior management and ensure they are well-prepared for all meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visas
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed
- Maintain confidential information and ensure it is protected at all times
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 2-10 years of experience as a Personal Assistant in India
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
