OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE
Objective of this role is to strategize and identify various drivers for improving persistency for the Zone and organisation. This includes working on various initiatives related with digital, Innovation, strategy and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Weightage
- To drive persistency (all buckets ) in the entire zone to ensure zonal persistency target is met month on month.
- To provide support to all branches in driving persistency.
- To coordinate with all Zone heads / Regional managers / Branch heads ( all sales verticals ) to improve 13th month persistency and to dive HNI cases.
- Regular Physical meetings/ digital meetings to drive various buckets through sales heads/ Regional Heads.
- Engagement with HNI customers for collection.
- Identify revenue leakages with the help of various data analytics and share the same with Zonal heads / operation head to drive persistency.
- Working on projects related to renewal collection, operational efficiency improvement and process improvement.
- Working on various innovative approaches to boost collection performance
- Suggest alternate mechanisms to strengthen persistency practices.
- Come up with various methods to improve contactibility and subsequently improve collection.
