- Job Overview: We seek a highly skilled and creative Technical Perfumer / Fragrance Evaluator to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience specializing in fragrance development and formulation. This role will focus on the creation and evaluation of fragrances for various product categories, including personal care, home care, and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully develop innovative, market-ready fragrances that meet consumer preferences and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Fragrance Creation & Formulation:
o Develop new and innovative fragrance formulations that align with product briefs, market trends, and customer preferences.
o Utilize a wide range of raw materials to create unique, memorable scents for personal care, home care, and other FMCG products.
o Ensure fragrance formulations meet safety, regulatory, and industry standards, including IFRA and other relevant guidelines that are applicable.
o Continuously improve fragrance formulations, optimizing them for performance, stability, and cost-effectiveness.
o Conduct fragrance evaluations and ensure that the final product maintains high olfactory quality.
