Job Title: Performance Growth Manager
Job Summary: The Performance Growth Manager is responsible for driving growth and performance for advertising campaigns. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase revenue, improve customer acquisition, and retention rates for clients. The Performance Growth Manager works closely with the advertising team to ensure campaign success.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement advertising campaigns that drive revenue and growth for clients.
Conduct research to identify target audiences and create effective advertising strategies that resonate with the audience.
Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, making adjustments as needed.
Use data analytics to identify areas of opportunity for campaign growth.
Collaborate with creative and design teams to develop engaging ad creative that aligns with campaign goals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
Manage relationships with clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and progress towards goals.
Work with the advertising team to develop and implement testing plans to continually improve campaign performance.
Communicate campaign results and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in performance marketing or advertising.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Experience with data analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and SQL.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience in A/B testing and campaign optimization.
Understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and social media.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
