Job Overview

Senior Software Engineer in Performance Testing with 5-9 years of experience based in Bangalore.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5-9 years of experience in performance testing
• Strong knowledge in JMeter, Dynatrace
• Knowledge of Cloud technology
• Excellent knowledge on cloud-based performance testing platform such as Blaze Meter
• Good knowledge in Jenkins, Wiki , confluence/Jira.
• Proficiency in Selenium/Cypress/Web driver IO Automation Experience
• Agile methodology (Extensively worked as a performance tester in sprints)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans that outline the testing approach, objectives, scope, resources, and schedule
• Ensure alignment between the test strategy and overall project goals, considering factors like project size, complexity, and critical areas
• Define the scope and objectives of testing activities
• Efficiently allocate resources for optimal performance
• Monitor and manage the testing process from initiation to completion
• Define a clear test automation strategy.
• Define the tools used for test automation
• Develop and implement the integration strategy with the overall testing process
• Regularly review and update the automation strategy to adapt to changes in the project and technology landscape
