Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Performance Test Engineer with 4-6 years of experience to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and automation, with expertise in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test frameworks.
As a Senior Testing Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products through automation.
Performance test engineer:
- 4-6 years of experience in performance engineering and testing.
- Proficiency in using JMeter or K6 for performance testing.
- Strong experience with profiling tools (e.g., Jprofilier, YourKit, VisualVM, Dynatrace, New Relic).
- Solid understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices.
- Familiarity with performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills for performance test engineer:
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and performance testing in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for automation and tool integration.
