• Role Overview:

We are seeking a Performance Testing Engineer with over 4 years of experience and expertise in LoadRunner. The candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests to ensure application stability and scalability.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute performance test scripts using LoadRunner.

• Conduct various performance tests (load, stress, endurance).

Analyze results, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.

• Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

Document test plans, cases, and reports.

• Required Skills:

4+ years of experience with LoadRunner in performance testing.

• Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies.

Proficiency in test scripting and result analysis.

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
