Job Description :
Define Performance Test Objectives
Assess current state of performance
Conduct Performance risk assessment
Establish the performance test scope, approach and Work Load model
Define Test data requirements including creation wherever required
Provide inputs to build Performance Test environment
Develop and execute performance test scripts
Analyze Performance Test results
Manage and control baseline results / raise alerts for unexpected / abnormal results
Publish Performance Improvement Guidelines
Job Specification / Skills :
Full time hands-on NFT test analyst experience
Must have working knowledge of Oracle databases.
Must have an extensive working knowledge of HP Load Runner with MQ and JAVA protocols.
Must have a working knowledge of HP Quality Centre
Must have extensive experience in scoping / designing performance tests on a number of different technologies.
Must have extensive experience in running, capturing results, analysis and reporting of performance tests.
Should have good experience and working knowledge of Middleware applications; WAS, Tuxedo and MQ
Should have good experience and working knowledge of UNIX and /or Linux
