Description
We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in performance testing, with a strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools. This is a challenging position that requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios for web and mobile applications
- Analyze performance test results and identify performance issues
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
- Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and tools
- Provide regular reports on application performance and recommend improvements
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in performance testing
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 5-6 years of experience in performance testing
- Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, and Gatling
- Experience with cloud-based performance testing tools such as BlazeMeter and AWS Load Testing
- Solid understanding of web and mobile application architecture and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certifications in performance testing tools and methodologies is a plus
