Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with expertise in Apache JMeter, BlazeMeter, and performance engineering methodologies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing, execution, and monitoring application performance using tools like Dynatrace and Grafana.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Performance Testing:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter and BlazeMeter.
• Simulate user loads to identify application bottlenecks and ensure optimal performance.

1. Test Execution and Analysis:

• Conduct performance test execution and analyze results to detect and resolve issues.
• Generate detailed test reports highlighting findings and recommendations.

1. Monitoring and Analysis:

• Utilize tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana for monitoring application performance during testing.
• Capture and analyze key metrics such as CPU, memory, and network usage.

1. Performance Engineering:

• Collaborate with development teams to implement performance optimization strategies.
• Provide recommendations to improve application scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Apache JMeter and BlazeMeter for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace and Grafana for monitoring and reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable insights.
• Preferred Skills:
• Experience in scripting languages for custom performance testing scenarios.
• Familiarity with Agile development and testing practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
