Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Performance Marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision-making and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our marketing efforts are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns across multiple Ad Platforms like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in performance marketing.
Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Looker Studio etc.) to manage and analyze campaigns.
Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance metrics such as CPC, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing strategies and creatives.
Plan, allocate and manage Paid marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
Work closely with the content, design teams to create compelling marketing assets and improve user experience.
Communicate campaign performance and insights to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing and incorporate them into strategies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a related role.
Proven track record of managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns through Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel).
Experience with A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
Excellent understanding of various digital marketing channels and their respective metrics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.
