Overview:
The position will be responsible for developing and managing owned digital assets W-com, Shopify, Website, FB/IG commerce for content, consumer journeys and conversion funnels. The position will also look at driving traffic to and managing marketing on platforms, Ad platforms for driving sales performance on Q-com (Zepto, Swiggy, Blinkit, Big basket) and Ecom (Amazon, Flipkart, Jio).
Critical requirements for the role:
- Relevant experience in a reputed organization having handled E-commerce, D2C brand or platform
- Relevant experience in FMCG organizations or relevant start ups with FMCG D2C brands
- Performance marketing team members from reputed digital agencies
- 4+ years of experience in relevant related fields
- MBA and/or technical graduate
Technical Competencies:
Understanding of data analysis and forecasting methods Proficient in MS Office An analytical mind with a strategic ability Understanding of channels of communication and developing assets for the same
- Learn and execute marketing plans for Q-com platforms along with the Ecommerce Key accounts team
- Use multi - pronged approach including search ads, banners, special days, brand days, live vlogging on platforms through a sustained approach on Q-com platforms
- Drive traffic from Meta and Google to help drive conversions on Q-com platforms for driving sales using performance marketing tools
- Manage AMS/Ads for national platforms (Amazon and Flipkart) for long shelf life products as well on amazon fresh/flipkart grocery for regional/city level sales performance
- Develop and Manage campaigns for e-com / q-com for special occasions festivals, sports, seasonal etc.
- Lead Company's D2C charge with clearly called out strategy and action plan
- Drive traffic and subscription to W-com platform using performance marketing tools
- Continuously improve D2C platform for Heritage Foods including W-com, shopify etc.
