As a
Performance Marketing Trainer at IIDE, you will be responsible for delivering and enhancing course material related to performance marketing. This role involves teaching students about the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing, creating and updating educational resources, and ensuring a high-quality learning experience. You will engage with students through both classroom and online platforms, monitor their progress, and provide valuable industry insights to bridge any gaps in their understanding. Additionally, you will be involved in outreach efforts to promote the curriculum and drive student enrollment, particularly focusing on performance marketing modules. Your role will also include innovating teaching methods and adapting content to meet the needs of diverse learners, contributing to their overall success in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Deliver course material in alignment with the predetermined curriculum, covering the latest industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.
- Course Material Enhancement:
- Continuously update and enhance course materials to reflect the latest advancements and developments in performance marketing.
- Outreach and Prospecting:
- Engage in pitching IIDEs digital marketing curriculum, with a special focus on performance marketing, to potential students in colleges across Mumbai. Highlight career opportunities following course completion.
- Innovative Teaching Methods:
- Refine and innovate teaching methods and strategies based on classroom experiences to enhance student learning, particularly in performance marketing.
- Self-Development:
- Stay current and well-versed in all digital marketing domains offered by IIDE, including Social Media Marketing, AdWords, SEO, Email Marketing, Mobile Marketing, ORM, and Website Development, with a particular emphasis on performance marketing.
- Customization:
- Adapt course materials and teaching methods to meet the needs of individuals and groups, tailoring instruction based on their existing knowledge levels, especially in performance marketing.
Other Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Industry Insights:
- Track industry case studies, trends, and best practices in performance marketing to provide relevant examples and references during class.
- Student Progress Monitoring:
- Monitor student progress and provide recommendations to the reporting manager for any necessary interventions to address learning gaps.
- Assessment Creation:
- Develop and evaluate MCQs, pre-tests, and post-tests to assess the impact of courses delivered and student comprehension, focusing on performance marketing concepts.
- Records Maintenance:
- Maintain accurate records of classroom training sessions and create new educational resources as needed, with an emphasis on performance marketing.
- Classroom Optimization:
- Ensure the classroom environment is well-equipped and conducive to learning. This includes setting up IT equipment and ensuring students receive the necessary assessments for performance marketing modules.
Requirements
Must Have:
- 1-3 years of practical experience in Digital Marketing with a strong focus on performance marketing, ideally within an educational setting.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to confidently deliver course material in sessions ranging from 2 to 4 hours.
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication.
- Strong punctuality and discipline to ensure timely and effective training delivery.
- Patience and sensitivity towards trainees with varying levels of understanding.
- Collaborative team player with a genuine passion for teaching and digital marketing, particularly performance marketing.
- Residing in Mumbai.
Should Have
- Proven experience in adapting and enhancing course materials and teaching methods.
