Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to drive growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute Facebook & Google Ad campaigns to meet business objectives.

2. Optimise and scale campaigns for maximum ROI and conversions.

3. Conduct audience research and refine targeting strategies.

4. Collaborate with the Creative Strategy team to produce high-performing ads.

5. Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in performance marketing, applying best practices to drive continuous improvement.

7. Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

- Minimum 6 years of experience in performance marketing, particularly with Facebook and Google Ads

- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making

- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, automation and platforms

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Creative problem-solving abilities

- Should have managed at least 2 Lakhs Per Month in Ad Spend on various marketing platforms
