Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role at SRV Media located in Pune. As a Performance Marketer, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. You will analyze campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to drive results and meet client objectives. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in performance marketing or a related field
• Proficiency in managing paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive optimization strategies
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
• Understanding of digital marketing trends and emerging technologies
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
