Role: Performance Marketing Specialist
We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Alt Dash. As part of our marketing center of excellence within the Turbostart venture capital ecosystem, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and maximizing ROI for our startup clients through data-driven paid marketing campaigns.
What you'll do:
- Develop and implement effective paid marketing strategies across various channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC), retargeting, social media advertising, display advertising, and more. Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and industry best practices.
- Hands-on management of paid campaigns from inception to execution, including campaign setup, ad creation, targeting, budgeting, and ongoing optimization. Ensure campaigns are aligned with client objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Demonstrate deep expertise in popular paid marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms. Stay up-to-date with platform updates, features, and best practices.
- Leverage your experience in e-commerce marketing to develop and execute successful campaigns that drive online sales, increase customer acquisition, and improve overall e-commerce performance for our clients.
- Monitor campaign performance using appropriate analytics tools and generate comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
- Work closely with our cross-functional marketing team, including content creators, SEO specialists, and web developers, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of paid marketing efforts with overall marketing strategies.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, analyze search trends, and optimize bid strategies to ensure maximum visibility and cost-effectiveness for our clients campaigns.
- Implement strategies to optimize landing pages, checkout processes, and other conversion funnels to improve user experience and maximize conversion rates.
- Develop and execute remarketing campaigns to re-engage with existing audiences and leverage advanced targeting techniques to reach highly relevant prospects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably with a focus on e-commerce clients.
- Hands-on experience with paid marketing channels such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and campaign management software.
- Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and platform updates in the performance marketing landscape.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present campaign performance insights.
- Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques and best practices.
- Experience with audience targeting, remarketing, and lookalike audience strategies.
