We are seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention through various digital marketing channels, with a strong focus on performance metrics and ROI. The Performance Marketing Specialist will be adept at analyzing data, optimizing campaigns, and implementing strategies to maximize results across platforms such as search engines, social media, display advertising, and email marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including but not limited to customer acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels, including PPC (Pay-Per-Click), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), social media advertising.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Analyze campaign performance data using various analytics tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media insights, to identify key trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization tactics to improve campaign performance, including ad copy, creative assets, landing pages, and targeting parameters.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including creative, content, and product teams, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives and messaging with overall brand strategy.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and make recommendations for incorporating new strategies and tactics into the marketing mix.
- Monitor and manage advertising budgets, forecasts, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), ensuring efficient allocation of resources and achievement of business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize marketing tactics, channels, and campaigns to improve ROI and drive scalable growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and ROI-driven campaigns.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and performance tracking methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights in a clear and actionable manner.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for driving results and continuous improvement.
- Knowledge of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) principles and techniques is a plus.
- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms are desirable.
