Job Overview:
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns with a focus on Meta Ads. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage and scale campaigns across international markets to achieve the company's marketing and sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing campaigns with a primary focus on Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram).
- Plan and execute advertising strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions across international markets.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure campaigns meet or exceed KPIs and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad creatives, audience targeting, and overall campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives and compelling landing pages tailored for diverse international audiences.
- Utilize analytics tools such as Facebook Analytics, Google Analytics, and other marketing software to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
- Manage budget allocation and ensure efficient spending across all channels and regions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and performance advertising, especially within international markets.
- Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in existing campaigns.
- Generate detailed performance reports and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in meta ads with international clients.
- Knowledge of additional digital marketing strategies such as SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
