Role Overview:
The Performance Marketer will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing end to end sales funnels and ad campaigns across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for driving results through performance marketing and who thrives in a fast-paced, client-centric environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms to drive lead generation and conversion for client programs.
- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide strategic recommendations to improve ROI.
- Develop and maintain end-to-end sales funnels, optimizing each stage for maximum performance and scalability.
- Utilize advanced retargeting strategies to engage audiences and drive conversions.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
- Conduct competitor research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify new opportunities for client growth.
- Monitor ad spend and adjust strategies to meet client budgets and goals, ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Prepare detailed weekly performance reports for internal review and client updates, outlining KPIs, trends, and actionable insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong understanding of ad platforms, particularly Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and any CRM or marketing automation software (experience with ClickUp and ActiveCampaign is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with building and optimizing sales funnels, including familiarity with VSL and lead magnet strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling ad copy and engaging audiences.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, including personal investments in training programs, marketing masterminds, or industry events.
- Familiarity with landing page builders like FlexiFunnels or ClickFunnels, with proven experience in creating and optimizing high-converting landing pages.
- An outside-the-box thinker with a high level of creativity in planning, designing, and executing end-to-end sales funnels.
- Strong ability to conceptualize unique, data-driven strategies to enhance user engagement and optimize conversion paths.
- Prior experience working in a high-performance digital marketing or agency environment.
