Job Summary:We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive and execute digital marketing campaigns for KIWI's D2C platforms. This role is responsible for planning, tracking, and optimizing marketing initiatives to achieve targeted sales, maintain budget efficiency, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate is results-driven, detail-oriented, and an effective collaborator across departments.
Key Responsibilities:Planning, Reporting & Forecasting- Develop a month-on-month performance marketing plan for KIWI D2C with accurate forecasts.
- Stay updated on new digital marketing methods, platforms, and industry best practices.
- Gain and maintain comprehensive knowledge of KIWI's D2C and retail products.
- Ensure campaign planning, including collateral preparation, is finalised one week before execution.
- Create a tracker for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly data on KPIs generated via ads.
- Prepare a monthly performance report with insights and changes to be implemented in the next cycle.
- Maintain a daily task tracker, regularly shared with your reporting manager.
Execution- Ideate, create, and execute all performance marketing campaigns for KIWI.
- Maintain a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 2 or higher.
- Drive toward a targeted sales goal of 2 Crores by December.
- Execute tasks within assigned turnaround times, keeping CAC in check across Google, Meta, Instagram, and other platforms.
- Liaise with external agencies to ensure smooth operations and efficient work processes.
- Raise red flags proactively if any issues or risks are anticipated.
- Ensure detailed documentation of all internal and external communications.
Teamwork- Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Foster a positive, cooperative relationship with internal and external team members.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, preferably within D2C.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram).
- Strong analytical skills and experience with performance tracking tools.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
