As a Performance Marketing Specialist at Big Bang Social, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our app, as well as promoting creator-driven IPs and community IPs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. App User Acquisition:
- Develop and execute performance marketing campaigns to acquire new users for the Big Bang Social app. Utilize a mix of channels, including social media advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), influencer partnerships, and app store optimization (ASO), to drive app downloads and installs.
- Optimize campaign performance by conducting A/B tests, analyzing data, and iterating on strategies to maximize ROI.
2. App Engagement and Retention:
- Implement strategies to increase user engagement within the Big Bang Social app, including push notifications, in-app messaging, and personalized content recommendations.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to optimize the app experience and enhance user retention.
- Monitor key engagement metrics, such as session duration, frequency of app usage, and user interactions, and identify opportunities for improvement.
3. Promotion of Creator-Driven IPs:
- Work closely with talent management teams to promote creator-driven IPs (intellectual properties) within the Big Bang Social app.
- Develop targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness and drive engagement for exclusive content and collaborations with creators.
- Measure the impact of marketing efforts on the success of creator-driven IPs and iterate on strategies to maximize visibility and revenue.
4. Community IPs Promotion:
- Promote community-driven IPs within the Big Bang Social app, including user-generated content, fan communities, and collaborative projects.
- Create marketing initiatives to foster community engagement and participation, such as contests, challenges, and virtual events.
- Collaborate with community managers to amplify the reach of community IPs and cultivate a vibrant and active user community.
5. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- App Downloads/Installs: Track the number of app downloads and installs generated through performance marketing campaigns.
- App Engagement Metrics: Monitor metrics such as average session duration, daily active users (DAU), and retention rate to gauge user engagement and satisfaction.
- Creator-Driven IPs Performance: Measure the success of marketing efforts in promoting creator-driven IPs, including views, engagement, and revenue generated.
- Community IPs Engagement: Assess the level of engagement and participation within community-driven IPs, including user-generated content submissions, community interactions, and event attendance.
- Return on Investment (ROI): Evaluate the effectiveness of performance marketing campaigns by calculating the ROI based on ad spend and revenue generated.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience in performance marketing, with a focus on user acquisition and engagement for mobile apps.
- Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and achieving KPIs related to app downloads, engagement, and revenue.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Appsflyer) to track performance metrics and derive actionable insights.
- Experience working with influencers and creators is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
