**Position Summary:**
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our online marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, a keen analytical mind, and a passion for achieving measurable results.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Campaign Strategy and Planning:**
- Develop comprehensive performance marketing strategies for Meta and Google Ads.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing objectives and business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and best practices.
2. **Campaign Management:**
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Implement A/B testing to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
3. **Performance Tracking and Analysis:**
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using platforms analytics tools and other tracking systems.
- Generate regular performance reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, and adjust strategies accordingly.
4. **Budget Management:**
- Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and maximization of ROI.
- Forecast, measure, and report on campaign budget performance.
5. **Audience Targeting and Segmentation:**
- Develop and implement effective audience targeting strategies.
- Utilize audience insights and data to refine targeting and improve campaign performance.
- Manage custom audiences and retargeting campaigns to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
6. **Collaboration and Communication:**
- Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales objectives.
- Communicate campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
7. **Staying Updated:**
- Stay current with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
- Continuously seek opportunities for professional development and learning.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads.
- Proven track record of managing successful performance marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
- Proficiency with advertising platforms analytics tools and other digital marketing tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications are a plus.
