Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist with hands-on experience in the jewellery and clothing industries. This role requires a professional who can independently manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram. The primary focus will be on achieving strong return on ad spend (ROAS) and maximising lead generation through strategic targeting and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other key platforms.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to optimise ROAS and conversion rates.
- Manage budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximise ad spend efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with creative and content teams to ensure alignment in brand messaging, visuals, and ad performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor strategies, and digital marketing innovations to enhance campaign performance.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimise ads, audiences, and messaging to drive better results.
- Provide recommendations to improve landing pages, funnels, and user experience for increased conversions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in performance marketing, specifically working with jewellery and/or clothing brands.
- Proven expertise in managing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads with a strong track record of delivering high ROAS.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Ability to manage large advertising budgets with a focus on maximising ROI.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present campaign insights clearly and effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
- Familiarity with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Google Ads and/or Facebook Blueprint certifications.
