The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth through paid marketing channels. You will plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Facebook, and others. The ideal candidate has a data-driven mindset, a deep understanding of digital channels, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage campaigns: Plan and execute paid marketing strategies on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., aimed at customer acquisition and retention.
  • Budget Management: Allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI across channels.
  • Campaign Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track and report key performance metrics, using data insights to inform strategy.
  • A/B Testing: Run A/B tests to identify the most effective creative, messaging, and landing page combinations.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with content, design, and product teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Lead Generation: Design lead nurturing and conversion strategies for higher conversion rates.
  • Market Research: Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-5 years of experience in performance marketing, especially managing PPC campaigns.
  • Tools: Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other performance marketing tools.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
