Proven experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in a fast-paced tech or digital
marketing environment.
- Expertise in Google Ads and other search engine platforms.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools.- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer
acquisition.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
- ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other search
platforms.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to guide campaign strategy.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and insights, and
optimize performance based on those insights.
- Manage budgets and bidding strategies to achieve target KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and CPA (Cost Per Acquisition).
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop landing page strategies that improve conversion
rates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in SEM and share insights with the
broader marketing team.
- Provide regular reporting on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
for continuous improvement.
- Test and iterate on ad copy and creative to improve ad performance.
