nWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a very strategic position where you will report directly to the CMO.

nPerformance Marketing Manager

nThe Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimising B2Bpaid marketing campaigns across Google and LinkedIn in APAC, US and EU regions. In addition to managing these campaigns, the role includes overseeing a team of two marketing professionals, managing leads through HubSpot, and ensuring alignment with both the creative and sales teams, and providing reports of marketing activities. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and has a proven track record of driving measurable growth through paid media. This role requires a blend of creativity, leadership, and analytical skills to drive the business forward.

nKey responsibilities:

  • nCampaign Strategy and Execution:
    • nDevelop, implement, and manage B2B performance marketing campaigns to generate leads across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
    • nCreate comprehensive media plans that align with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
    • nIdentify target audiences and develop comprehensive audience segments for tailored marketing strategies.
    • nEnsure all campaigns are executed on time and within budget.
  • nData Analysis and Reporting:
    • nDemonstrate proficiency with Google Sheets formulas, pivot tables, and Looker Studio for data analysis and reporting.
    • nMonitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise current and future campaigns.
    • nUtilise tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other analytics platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
    • nAnalyse the performance of various creatives and prepare reports and guidelines for creative team and management
  • nOptimization and Testing:
    • nConduct A/B tests, optimise campaigns using performance data, and monitor conversion tracking to maximise ROI and improve effectiveness.
  • nCollaboration and Communication:
    • nWork closely with the creative team and other marketing team members to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
    • nCommunicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign performance and strategies.
  • nHubSpot Lead Management and Sales Alignment:
    • nMonitor and oversee the lead nurturing process of leads generated from marketing
    • nUtilise HubSpot to ensure proper lead scoring, segmentation, workflows and automation to streamline lead management and ensure timely communication
    • nMonitor proper lead allocation to sales teams and work with sales to ensure alignment on lead quality and follow-up strategies.
    • nMonitor and report on lead conversion rates and pipeline progress, providing insights for continuous improvement.
    • nHelp build comprehensive marketing and sales dashboards
  • nContinuous Improvement:
    • nStay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in performance marketing efforts.

nRequirements for the role:

  • n5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a digital agency or in-house marketing team (ideally B2B marketing).
  • nProven track record of managing and optimising B2B paid media campaigns across multiple channels on international markets.
  • nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • nProficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and others.
  • nExperience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems, focusing on lead management and marketing automation.
  • nProficiency in Google Sheets formulas, creating pivot tables and dashboards on Google Sheet, Looker Studio for advanced data visualisation and reporting
  • nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • nAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • nStrong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • nAbility to manage and lead a team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
