Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to join our growing team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic campaigns across diverse channels. You will be responsible for crafting, executing, and optimizing performance marketing initiatives to acquire new customers, maximize ROI, and fuel significant business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
Develop and execute data-driven performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., Paid Search, Paid Social, Display Advertising, Affiliate Marketing).
Set clear campaign objectives, KPIs, and budgets aligned with overall business goals.
Manage campaign creation, optimization, and testing through iterative cycles.
Negotiate and manage relationships with vendors and partners.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and maximize campaign performance.
Channel Expertise:
Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in performance marketing channels.
Identify and recommend new channels with high potential for growth.
Develop deep expertise in at least 2-3 core channels based on company needs.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data from various sources.
Generate insightful reports and presentations that effectively communicate campaign performance and ROI.
Identify key metrics and trends to inform campaign optimization and future strategies.
Budget Management:
Allocate and manage performance marketing budgets effectively to optimize ROI.
Develop and adhere to budget forecasting models.
Work collaboratively with finance and other teams to ensure efficient budget utilization.
Teamwork & Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear and concise updates on campaign performance.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in a performance marketing role.
Proven track record of success in driving measurable results through paid advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager).
Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Adept at multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Passionate about staying ahead of the curve in the dynamic world of performance marketing.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bonus Points:
