Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketer with 2-3 years of proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and a keen interest in exploring new ad platforms like YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate will focus on campaign performance optimization, budget management, and maintaining high ROAS, using data to guide strategies. A background in the F&B industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn Ads.
Analyze and measure key performance indicators such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
Conduct A/B testing to identify the most effective strategies, creatives, and landing pages.
Manage budgets and forecast ad spending to maximize ROI and achieve campaign goals.
Utilize marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and others to track and report on performance.
Perform competitor analysis regularly to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with creative teams to refine ad creatives and messaging for better engagement.
Requirements
2-3 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads and Meta Ads with a strong record of maintaining high ROAS.
Experience with YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
Strong budget management and forecasting skills.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, SEMrush, Meta Business Suite, and other relevant tools.
Excellent analytical skills with a focus on optimizing digital marketing strategies.
Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Background in the F&B industry is a plus.
