Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Performance Marketing Manager at Makoons Play School located in Ghaziabad. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will manage digital marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in performance marketing and campaign management on Facebook and Google
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), search engine optimization (SEO), social media advertising, and display advertising
• In-depth understanding of web analytics tools and data-driven marketing
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
• Proficiency in using marketing automation and CRM platforms
• Ability to think creatively, identify target audiences, and devise effective marketing strategies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Certifications in digital marketing or related areas are a plus
