Performance Marketing Manager (Full-time, Remote)to join our team. This role will focus on driving both paid and organic performance marketing strategies internally and for client accounts, ensuring the delivery of measurable results and maximum ROI.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across paid channels (PPC, display ads, social media advertising) and organic channels (SEO, content marketing, social media engagement)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, develop tailored marketing plans that incorporate both paid and organic strategies, and present detailed performance reports
- Utilize analytics tools to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across both paid and organic efforts, making data-driven recommendations for improvements
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative and content, to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels
- Oversee budget allocation and spending for paid campaigns, ensuring efficient use of resources while maximizing organic growth opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
