Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing Manager - Google located in Gurugram. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns, analyzing and reporting on campaign performance, conducting market research, and identifying new marketing opportunities. Additionally, the Performance Marketing Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies and plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, and analytics
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and other relevant marketing tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of the beauty, health, and wellness industry
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certifications in marketing or analytics are a plus
