Role Description

This is a full-time Performance Marketing Manager [D2C] role located in Bengaluru. As a Performance Marketing Manager at First Sight, you will be responsible for developing and implementing performance marketing strategies for our D2C clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize digital marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic advertising
• Experience with data analysis and tracking tools to measure campaign performance and optimize ROI
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and recommend marketing strategies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders
• Experience in the D2C industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business, or a related field
