Job Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to help us grow and acquire users in our matrimony and wedding categories. If you have marketing experience at a consumer mobile app and a passion for new technology, we want to hear from you. You will be responsible for ALL things PERFORMANCE MARKETING (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Ads, Affiliate Ad partners, Corporate activations).
In this role you will:
  • Manage all paid channels including Google, Facebook, Programmatic and Affiliates.
  • Analyze and optimize online campaigns against brand and growth objectives.
  • Own monthly goals on number of acquisitions.
  • Scale acquisitions while reducing CPA by finding efficiencies in channels and channel-mix.
  • Strategise, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads (including Search, Display & Youtube), Facebook Ads & Linkedin Ads.
  • Perform a thorough, contextual Keyword Research with tools/APIs and build thematic Campaigns on Google Ads.
  • Work with the Design & Product Marketing teams to develop Landing Pages specific to the context of the Campaigns/Ad Groups.
  • Build Social campaigns and the related Ad assets in coordination with Design and Product Marketing teams.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.
  • Implement ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, dynamic landing pages and measure their effectiveness.
  • Measure the Campaign performance parameters methodically on Gsheets, analyze campaign performance, compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights.
  • Be informed on the latest trends, best practices, and standards in online advertising across demand-gen channels.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing at B2C companies.
  • Has helped grow the user base of a consumer startup app between 1M to 10M users and has also worked on the lead business model.
  • Has managed a spend scale of large startups or similar.
  • Has expertise in using tools like Branch, Appsflyer, MixPanel, Clevertap, Amplitude, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Go-getter, ruthless executioner, have startup experience, know how to drive down CAC.
  • In-depth knowledge of performance marketing and has a technical mindset.
  • Looking to grow in a fast paced environment with phenomenal growth in the next 18 months.
  • Highly analytical and data driven. Realizes the importance of different creatives and how to efficiently implement them across the relevant channels.
