About the Company:
Attero is a NASA-recognized metal extraction company and end-to-end recycler of Li-Ion Batteries and E-waste headquartered in Noida and a manufacturing facility in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Attero is amongst a handful of elite organizations globally, with the capability to extract pure metals like Lithium, Cobalt, Titanium, Nickle, Manganese, Graphite, Gold, Copper, Palladium, etc from end-of-life electronics and Lithium-ion batteries.
We are currently seeking to expand our operations by entering the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) segment for used appliances. This exciting new initiative will involve providing a convenient and eco-friendly solution for customers to responsibly dispose of their used appliances.
Job Profile:
Run the whole digital marketing / online customer acquisition: Spearhead the development and execution of a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive online customer acquisition.
Stategic Planning and Budgeting: In line with business plans, key objectives and growth metrics
SM & Google Ads: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms and Google Ads
Whatsapp marketing: Develop and implement engaging WhatsApp marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Sms & Emailers: Craft compelling SMS and email marketing campaigns to engage leads, promote special offers, and convert them into customers.
Other online providers: Stay updated on and explore the potential of emerging online customer acquisition platforms
Data analytics for daily reporting and providing reports on various performance metrics: Utilize data analytics tools to track campaign performance across all channels, generate daily reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize customer acquisition efforts.
Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems: To streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated: On industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing, and incorporate new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Foster strong collaboration with sales teams: To ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives, and provide support in lead nurturing and conversion optimization.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
5-7 years exp in D2C, Ecommerce
Good learner. Creative, open-minded, and innovative in structuring deals.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in BTech, Graduate BBA, Economics, or Commerce with an MBA preferred
