Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including search, social, display, and affiliate marketing.
- Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).
- Manage and allocate the paid media budget across different channels to maximize performance.
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate actionable insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, social media, and analytics to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally within a vertical e-commerce company.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns with successful outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience in managing and mentoring a team.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and other relevant tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
