Job Description: Performance Marketing Lead - Lead Generation Campaigns (Housing Finance Company)
Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Lead to oversee our lead generation campaigns for a housing finance company. As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing performance-based marketing strategies that drive high-quality leads and conversions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance, maximize return on investment, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies and lead generation campaigns targeting potential customers in the housing finance sector.
- Manage end-to-end campaign planning, execution, and optimization across various digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify key trends, target audience segments, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, content, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and alignment with business goals.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish campaign tracking and reporting mechanisms to monitor and analyze campaign performance.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement A/B testing and optimization strategies to increase lead quality and conversion rates.
- Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions on budget allocation, bidding strategies, and targeting parameters for different marketing channels.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and vendors to enhance campaign performance and explore new lead generation opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and presentations on campaign performance, ROI, and key learnings to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Relevant certifications in digital marketing or performance marketing are a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, specifically in lead generation campaigns for the housing finance industry.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, platforms, and best practices, including SEM, social media advertising, display advertising, email marketing, and lead nurturing.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns to achieve lead generation and conversion goals.
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
