Position Overview: The Performance Marketing Expert will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires a data-driven approach to improve campaign performance, achieve business goals, and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage performance-driven campaigns across digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to improve key metrics such as CPC, CPA, and ROI.
- Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Budget Management: Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost-efficiency.
- A/B Testing: Design and implement A/B and multivariate tests to optimize ad creative, landing pages, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategies for user acquisition, lead generation, and conversion optimization based on data-driven insights.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure innovative and effective marketing practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, data analysts, and other stakeholders to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in performance marketing or digital advertising with a track record of successful campaign management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM, PPC, and conversion rate optimization.
- Ability to manage budgets and understand financial metrics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
