Job Description

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Performance Marketing Expert to join our team at HERUMB. As a Performance Marketing Expert, one will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth for our clients. This includes managing paid digital campaigns across a variety of channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), optimizing performance, and ensuring that campaigns deliver optimal ROI.

You will collaborate closely with our clients to understand their goals, craft targeted marketing strategies, and manage campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue. Your expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and optimization will directly impact the success of our clients digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across multiple digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to achieve client objectives.
  • Manage and optimize paid search, display, video, social, and remarketing campaigns to maximize ROI and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to inform campaign strategies.
  • Create, launch, and manage paid media campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance data (such as CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates) to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Use A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other performance optimization methods to refine campaign elements and maximize conversions.
  • Work with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.) to track and report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop regular reports for clients, showcasing campaign performance, optimization efforts, and recommendations for future growth.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in performance marketing, digital advertising, and industry best practices to ensure campaigns are cutting-edge and effective.
  • Assist with budget planning and management for clients paid advertising campaigns, ensuring cost-effective allocation of ad spend.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar industry certifications.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising and display networks.
  • Knowledge of email marketing and automation platforms.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce.
