Thats where we could be of help to you. The Role. We are seeking a Performance Marketing Executive who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, and a proven track record of driving growth through paid media.
Key Responsibilities. Create and optimize paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) to increase brand awareness and engagement. Manage display advertising campaigns, including programmatic buying and retargeting strategies.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and optimize budget allocation across channels. Collaborate with the content and creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in digital marketing. Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop, implement, and manage paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to drive traffic and conversions. Ideal Profile.
You have at least 1 year experience ideally in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing within Professional Services industry. You have working knowledge of Growth Marketing, YouTube Ads, Meta Ads, Paid Campaign Management, Market Research, Lead Generation and Negotiation Skill. Experience within would be a strong advantage. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data.
