• Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor and analyze campaign performance to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

• Continuously optimize landing pages, ad copy, and creatives to improve conversion rates.

Data Analysis:

• Analyze campaign data and generate reports to track performance and provide insights for improvement.

Utilize A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance.

• Budget Management:

Manage and allocate budgets across different campaigns, ensuring cost-effective spending.

• Forecast and plan budget requirements based on campaign performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the content, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive campaign strategies.

Coordinate with clients to understand their marketing goals and align campaign strategies accordingly.

Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and digital marketing practices.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing performance marketing campaigns.

Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.

• Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
