Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, strong problem-solving skills. A keen understanding of SEO and content writing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
2. Manage and optimize campaigns across multiple digital channels.
3. Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
4. Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to maximize marketing performance.

Qualifications:

1. 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing or a related role.
2. Good problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
3. Experience with content writing and the ability to craft engaging marketing copy.
4. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
5. Excellent knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft Clarity / Hotjar.
